Is on a first come first serve basis and has a waiting list.
The residents get the opportunity for 1 on-site assigned storage space for their RVs, boats, trucks, extra vehicles, or utility trailers.

In March 2024 we will begin the renovation of the South Clubhouse becoming a Gym.New floor, equipment and weights including a cardio bay, cables and free space. Will use the same pool access card for entry. Waiting on final fire and safety inspection

The Dog Park is open. Big fenced-in grass space with 2 sections for small and large breed dogs.
